Terms of Service

Effective 24 September 2026 · Last updated 25 September 2026

These terms cover Jannah: Your Path To Allah, the Android app published as com.allahpolice.app by Trinetra Super App of Avacado Pvt Ltd.

The short version: the app needs a subscription or a promo code. You pay ₹9 today but approve a ₹999 limit in your UPI app — read what it costs and when, because your UPI app can only show you that limit, never the schedule behind it. Cancel any time, in the app or in your UPI app.

To subscribe you must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract, and the UPI account you authorise must be your own or one you are permitted to use. Your subscription covers your own use of the app; please do not share or resell access.

Your account is anonymous and tied to this install of the app. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, the account cannot be recovered — including any access you paid for — and a UPI Autopay mandate you set up keeps running until you cancel it in your UPI app. Please cancel before uninstalling. What we store is set out in the privacy policy.

Subscribing registers a UPI Autopay mandate: a standing permission to collect payments from your UPI account on the schedule below, without you approving each one. The mandate is created and held by our payment provider, Cashfree Payments.

  • Today — ₹9. Your first day.
  • Day 2 — ₹999. Covers days 2–3.
  • Day 4 — ₹749. Covers days 4–5.
  • Day 6 — ₹599. Covers days 6–7.
  • Day 8 — ₹449. Covers days 8–9.
  • Day 10 — ₹299. Covers day 10.
  • Days 11–12 — ₹149 a day. One charge a day, 2 times.
  • Days 13–14 — ₹99 a day. One charge a day, 2 times; the last covers days 14–43.
  • From day 44 — ₹999 every 30 days. Until you cancel.

You pay ₹9 today for 1 day of full access. If you do not cancel, you are then charged ₹999 on day 2, ₹749 on day 4, ₹599 on day 6, ₹449 on day 8, ₹299 on day 10, ₹149 a day on days 11 to 12, ₹99 a day on days 13 to 14, so your first 14 days cost ₹3,600 in total. After that it is ₹999 every 30 days, from day 44, until you cancel. All prices are in Indian rupees and include any taxes that apply.

If you subscribed through a version of the app that showed ₹1 for 2 days, then ₹249 a day on days 3–9 and ₹249 a week after that, that is the schedule you are on and what you will be charged — the prices above apply to subscriptions started on the current version.

The ₹999 limit you approve is not what you pay today. A UPI mandate has to be authorised for the largest single payment it will ever take, which here is ₹999. That is the figure your UPI app shows on the approval screen. Today’s charge is ₹9.

You will get a message before each payment. UPI Autopay sends its own pre-debit notification about a day before every charge. It comes from your bank or UPI app, not from us, and is a normal part of autopay.

If a payment fails — insufficient balance, a revoked mandate, a bank outage — access pauses once your paid period and a short grace period have run out. We may try the charge again on a later day. We never take more than one payment a day, and never more than the ₹999 limit you approved in any single payment.

Price changes. If we change the price we will tell you in the app before it applies to you, and you can cancel before it does. A higher price needs a new mandate, which only you can approve.

A promo code grants a fixed number of days of access — no payment, no mandate, nothing to cancel. Codes are single-use per account, may be withdrawn, and have no cash value.

Cancel at any time from More → App Settings → Subscription in the app, or by removing the autopay permission for Jannah: Your Path To Allah in your UPI app. Either stops all future charges. Your access continues until the period you have paid for ends; after that, the app returns to its subscription screen.

To cancel directly in your UPI app:

  • Google Pay — tap your profile picture (top right) → Autopay → pick this subscription → Cancel autopay.
  • PhonePe — tap your profile icon (top left) → Autopay → pick this subscription → Cancel Autopay.
  • Paytm— tap your profile icon → UPI & Payment Settings → Automatic Payments → pick this subscription → Cancel.
  • Any other UPI app — look for Autopay, Mandates or Automatic Payments under your profile or settings.
Menu names differ slightly between app versions. Revoking autopay stops future payments; it does not refund a payment already taken.

Payments are non-refundable. Cancelling stops every future charge and your access runs to the end of the period already paid for, but a payment once taken is not refunded.

That is separate from money taken that was never owed. If you were charged in error — a duplicate, a charge after you cancelled, or one you did not authorise — write to harshdbugger@gmail.com and we will put it right. Nothing here affects any right you have under Indian consumer law.

Prayer times, qibla directions, duas and verses are presented with care, but calculation methods and readings differ between traditions and places. The app is a devotional aid, not religious, legal or financial advice; follow your local mosque or scholar where they differ.

Please do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the app or our servers, get around the subscription, or use another person’s number or UPI account. We may end access for an account that does, or that abuses promo codes or payments.

We try to keep the app available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. If we ever discontinue it, we will stop taking payments and tell you in advance. The app is provided as it is; to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before a claim.

If we change these terms we will update this page and its date, and announce significant changes in the app. If you do not accept a change, you can cancel. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
