Delete your account

Effective 21 August 2026 · Last updated 10 September 2026

This page explains how to delete your account for Jannah: Your Path To Allah, the Android app published as com.allahpolice.app, and what happens to your data when you do.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. There is no waiting period and nothing to wait for us to action by hand.

This is the fastest route and the one we recommend. It takes about a minute.

  1. Open Jannah: Your Path To Allah on your phone.
  2. Go to More → App Settings.
  3. Scroll to the Account section at the bottom and tap Delete account.
  4. Read what will be removed, then tap Delete permanently.

If you have an active subscription, the app cancels its UPI Autopay mandate first, so no further payments are taken. If that cannot be done — no connection, say — nothing is deleted, and you can try again or cancel the autopay in your UPI app first.

There is no code to type. Your account is anonymous — an opaque ID with no name attached. Deleting is immediate and cannot be undone.

Uninstalling Jannah: Your Path To Allah erases everything it stored on that phone — the mobile number included. It does not cancel a subscription: a UPI Autopay mandate keeps running until you cancel it in your UPI app (Autopay, Mandates or Automatic Payments under your profile). What remains with us is the anonymous Firebase ID and, if you subscribed, the payment record described below.

If you subscribed, write to us from anywhere with the mobile number you subscribed with and we will find and delete the account. If you never subscribed, nothing links the ID to you, so there is nothing we could look up — and nothing of yours to delete.

Your account

The anonymous account record held by Google Firebase Authentication — an opaque user ID and the date it was issued, with no phone number and no name on it. This is deleted immediately and permanently. Setting the app up again later issues a new, unrelated ID.

Everything stored on your phone

  • Your mobile number, as stored in the app’s profile.
  • Language, gender, hometown and prayer-calculation choices.
  • Notification preferences and whether menstrual mode is on.
  • Daily goals, streak history and bookmarked duas.
  • Saved location — the coordinates and city name used for prayer times.
  • All scheduled prayer notifications, which are cancelled.

The app returns to the state of a fresh install. Uninstalling also removes all of this, but uninstalling on its own does not delete your account — only the steps above do that.

Only payment records. If you subscribed, our server keeps the record of your UPI Autopay mandate and the payments taken under it — including the mobile number the mandate was registered under — for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Nothing else is kept: your settings, goals and history lived on your phone, and are erased with it.

Deleting the account also drops the association between you and the advertising-measurement events the app has sent to Meta. Those events record installs and milestones, never your phone number, your location or anything you read in the app. To have Meta erase its own copy, use the controls in your Facebook or Instagram account settings under Your activity off Meta technologies, or write to us and we will pass the request on.

One exception, which is not ours to waive: Google may hold short-lived operational logs for the Firebase Authentication service — the kind of records any provider keeps for abuse and billing. These are Google’s, are not readable by us, contain no content from the app, and expire on Google’s own schedule. See Google’s Firebase privacy documentation.

If you only want to reset the app and keep its anonymous ID, you do not need to delete the account at all — see Delete your data.
